Chisholm Trail Ranch (CTR) Residential Community

The Chisholm Trail Ranch (CTR) Residential Community is made up of three distinct neighborhoods: Bluestem, Feathergrass, and Tesoro.  Bluestem and Feathergrass are fully developed, while Tesoro is our newest neighborhood, with homes currently under construction by Meritage Homes and Trophy Signature Homes. Our community offers a variety of amenities, including a pool, playground, and multiple walking options within and around the neighborhood. Chisholm Trail Park, a short walk from Bluestem, provides additional playgrounds and scenic walking trails.

Residents enjoy easy access to local retail, dining, and entertainment at The Shops at Chisholm Trail, and with downtown Fort Worth only 15 minutes north and Cleburne 15 minutes south, you’re never far from what you need. A new Target store, opening in 2025, will further enhance the convenience of our location.

Chisholm Trail Ranch is served by the Crowley Independent School District (CISD), offering quality education for children in the area. Additionally, there are several early childhood education facilities, charter schools, and private school options within a 15-20 minute drive, providing families with a range of educational choices.

Our community is supported by a dedicated HOA Board of Directors and more than 20 volunteer committee members who work hard to keep Chisholm Trail Ranch vibrant and engaging.
